Harim | Euromediterranean Academy provides its outgoing students with a guidance for postgraduate practical support. Through this guidance students can evaluate their competence and personal interests and have the chance to do internships in companies of the sector they have studied in. The instruments available for students are:
• a guide for the preparation of a cv in European format
• a guidance for job hunting
• a draft of a cover letter
• an explanation of the dynamics of individual or group meeting
• an analysis of job descriptions
The Academy drafts an action work plan (in partnership with Manpower Group, a leader company in human resources) for its most worthy students. Thanks to this partnership, excellent students have an additional tool of Personal Branding, so they can identify their personal competences throughout internships. Manpower Group, together with the student, will take into account the opportunity to work in a company using particular individual guidance activities.
In the internship agreement between the host company and the promoting authority there will be all information about terms and duration of the internship. The success of internship depends on the student’s improvement, on whether he/she has passed the exams of the study plan and on the merit criteria established by the Academy Didactic Committee.
