Intro

The Master of Designland prepare professional figures with an ecletic design, that can catch the signs from local territory turning them in opportunity to study and deepen the different thematic areas of the course: Design, Health, Fashion, Environment and Territory. Future designers, in fact, will be called to develop the creative project in a framework of skills, roles and technologies deeply transversal, while keeping a clear attitude in the primary sector.


Through the many projects in collaboration with local industries, the Master aims to share and build experiences and innovations: from the trade or museum exhibition, urban planning and implementation of the commercial experience up to the study of new spaces, with great communicative impact, that leads to the world of Food, Fashion, Luxury (with Yatch Design) and Automotive.

Main partners of the Master are the ADI, AIPI, Ohome, Mercati Generali, Triennale di Milano, Moak, Addendo, Farm Cultural Park, Lanificio Leo, POLIMI, Babilonia Italian Language School, Vico S. Barnabà, Mohd, Biennale di Venezia, Folk, Design al Centro, MCA Group, RICA, Kore University, AISD, Tito D’Emilio, Kiwis, GIBA/Spaziodesign, Opera Commons and many others whose have chosen to share their experience and innovative skills with the students of the Harim Euromediterranean Academy through the partecipation of their members.

Ammission

The Master has a limited number of students ammitted. To apply you must send a curriculum vitae with a short presentation letter to info@harim.it. The didactic office will contact the candidates for the selection. The entrance exam consists of a motivational and technical interview. Grants and customed metods of payments are available.

Duration of the course
The year will begin on 5th of November 2020 and will end in May 2021. The lessons will be held on fridays and saturdays, with the "full immersion" mode of 8 hours a day, to make easier the attendance to off-site students or working ones, with the possibility of joining in extracurricular activities such as visits to the companies on sundays.
Job opportunities
The opportunities in the sector range from the insertion in production companies, with their own research centers or internal design structures, to the exercise of the free profession of the discipline of Design in the application areas of Interior Design, Product Design, Exhibition Design, Fashion Design, Graphic Design (and Communication in general), Food Design, Landscape Design, Packaging Design, Set Design, Urban Design, Public Design, Automotive Design, Yacht Design , Service Design, etc. The workers, increasingly sectoral, will be inextricably linked to the production realities characteristic of the territory through partnerships already undertaken within the Master with national and international companies.
Graduation release
At the end of the course is awarded the Master diploma of Industrial and Product Design “Designland”
Post-curricular area
The Placement office supports the students to chose the best job offers and internships, also providing to the making of Cvs and portfolios (made in Italian and English language). A real service of educational guidance and Personal Branding, which favors the participation of students in competitions, international events, exhibitions and trade fairs.
